Chris Falgiano- Director

Chris has an Associates of Arts and Sciences in Biology, and obtained his Bachelors of Arts in History and a Masters in Education from the University at Buffalo. 

Chris has been employed in the Frontier Central School District as a social studies teacher for the last 10 years.  During that time he served as varsity coach for boys soccer, and the girls and boys diving teams.  In addition, Chris is the advisor for Frontier High School’s chapter of the National Honor Society, where he encourages his students to become involved in the community.   He is involved with benefits to support Roswell Park’s Carly’s Club and is also on the board of Make-A-Wish of Western New York, Kids for Wish Kids. 

Chris adds to our team by bringing his unique teaching style and positive energy. He is passionate about working with kids, and uses his creativity to enhance their experiences.

A native of New York, Chris and his wife Michelle reside in East Amherst with their three children. 


Tracy Dziedzina- Assistant Director

She earned her BA in psychology and her Masters of Education from the University at Buffalo. Tracy is certified to teach Pre-K through 6th grade in New York State and has been teaching for 7 years. She currently teaches pre-K for Holy Cross Head Start, but has a wide range of experience working with children of all ages in various settings. 

Tracy began her career at HappyLand as a counselor three years ago and was quickly eager to become more of an integral part of our planning in the off-season.

Tracy has previous camp experience as a counselor and as a supervisor at Camp Centerland.  For a year and a half, she traveled with Norwegian Cruise Lines as a youth counselor working with children ages 2-17.

Tracy is a native of West Seneca and currently resides in North Buffalo.



It is truly a passion of ours to provide children with activities that are enjoyable and engaging.  There’s nothing better than watching children create memories that will last a lifetime!
