Thank you for considering HappyLand Day Camp for your summer employment. We are located in Amherst near Millersport Hwy, approximately 10 minutes from the University at Buffalo North Campus.We have great morale and a staff that truly enjoy working with children. Overall, more than two-thirds of our staff return each summer. Our staff is comprised of Head, Assistant and Junior Counselors, as well as Specialty Instructors for Swimming, Outdoor Recreation & Sports, Nature, Music, and Arts & Crafts. Each individual age group is led by a set of counselors and all of our activities are taught by instructors with an expertise or knowledge in that area. The majority of our staff consists of Elementary Education teachers and/or those working toward a degree in that field. We have a few positions available each summer for Junior Counselors who are primarily High School students.
